At Bristol Massage Therapy, we are constantly working to ensure we provide our clients with exceptional quality of care. Some of this is intuitive, some of this is based on what we ourselves would like to receive and experience. But sometimes, the best way to find out what we are doing well and how we can improve is to listen. In the past, input, comments and advice from clients has led me to introduce card payments, online bookings, the availability checker and make our lending library available.
