Meet Rosie Kelly

Rosie is fabulous, very professional and intuitive and was gentle but strong at the same time. She really helped with my back problems and was very helpful in giving me exercises at the end. Highly recommend.

About Me

Whilst enjoying the beginnings of a career in London’s vibrant events industry, I soon realised that my heart wasn’t in it, and I didn’t see longevity in the field personally. I needed to find something else that I would be passionate and proud to talk about.

To be satisfied, I knew that I must find something where I would be continuously challenged and constantly curious; a role where I could physically move rather than be confined to an office space.

I was inspired to make the shift into massage therapy, in part, by my sister and good friend, who were training in acupuncture and osteopathy respectively; their conversations about the human body and how incredible it is really stirred something and lead me to begin my studies and make the leap from office desk to massage couch.

After completing my Holistic Massage diploma and gaining my Deep Tissue certificate I made my move to Bristol to undertake the Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork Level 5 Diploma in sports & remedial massage. I wanted to learn a higher level of anatomy and physiology so that I could practise massage to aid a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints and autoimmune conditions, as well as to ultimately promote relaxation - after all, it is essential for us to relax in order for our bodies to self-heal most efficiently.

During a treatment I aim to truly tune-in to my client, to intently listen to their story and treat what I find in each session rather than simply treat a condition. I want to provide a treatment that will free up constrictions & relieve areas of pain felt within the body; I intend for you to leave feeling relaxed, revitalised and reconnected with your body.

I regularly have treatments so that I can experience the benefits of massage first-hand and learn skills from others, and I also attend workshops, study sessions and read articles to further develop my understanding of anatomy.

I’ve now had a whole course of treatment with Rosie and it’s been incredible. She listens really carefully to what the problem is and is full of practical advice about posture, exercise etc. Even after the first session I had so much relief from my lower back pain. She always seems to get the pressure just right and is very friendly and professional to boot! I’d give ten stars if I could.

An excellent experience with Rosie. She listened well to my issues, tuned in with a postural examination and then delivered an enjoyable and effective massage with listening hands. Highly recommend!
